Refunds and Cancellation

How WorkLog plans, cancellation, and refund requests work.

Last reviewed: September 18, 2026. These terms may be updated; the current version is always the one published on this page.

Plan and billing

  • WorkLog Pro has a BRL launch price of R$29.90 per 30 days. Creating an account is free; full app access depends on an active plan.
  • Each PIX payment is one-off and grants 30 days of Pro access. There is no automatic charge.
  • A card subscription, when available, is billed monthly by AbacatePay.

Cancellation

You may stop renewing at any time. Canceling or allowing access to expire does not delete your data; app access is limited until a new activation.

7-day guarantee

If WorkLog is not a fit, you may request a refund within 7 days. The period starts on the payment date and applies to one-off PIX payments and the first card subscription charge.

Within 7 days, request it from Billing in your account using Request refund. No explanation is required. Support can also assist.

Submitting a request does not return funds immediately. WorkLog reviews the request and confirms by email. Access remains active during review. Funds are returned through the original payment method, and settlement time depends on the bank or card provider.

After 7 days

After the period ends, the self-service request button is unavailable. Support may still review requests individually based on usage and payment method. You can stop renewing at any time without a cancellation fee.

Chargebacks and disputes

A dispute or chargeback may pause access while it is reviewed. Your data remains preserved. Support can help correct an accidental dispute.
